VILLAR-LED Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. (VLL) on Friday disclosed the dividend rates for its P5-billion follow-on offering of preferred shares that have been priced at P100 apiece.
The offering, which was approved by the Philippine Stock Exchange on Thursday, consists of up to 50 million Series 2 preferred shares to be issued in two subseries: Series 2A (stock symbol: VLL2A) and Series 2B (stock symbol: VLL2B).
