AND Solutions, a fintech company and a subsidiary of AND Global, announced a multi-year agreement with Crayon and Microsoft Corp. to become a strategic independent software vendor (ISV).
The collaboration will mark a milestone for AND Solutions’ expansion into new markets in the Asia Pacific region, empowering enterprise clients to streamline their operations using AND Solutions’ products optimized for Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. AND Global is a leading fintech company that has created multiple businesses to promote financial inclusion across Southeast Asia.

Research from Access Partnership shows that digital transformation in the Philippines has the potential to boost the economy significantly if fully leveraged by 2030, creating up to P5 trillion ($101.3 billion USD) in economic value.
By transitioning operations to Azure and targeting enterprise clients in several industries, the collaboration with AND Solutions will aim to empower businesses in the Philippines to increase their day-to-day efficiency with technology and drive financial inclusion.
