MANILA, Philippines — Bicol Saro Rep. Brian Yamsuan filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) on Tuesday as representative for Parañaque’s second district.
Yamsuan, a Paraqueño, will run in the May 2025 elections as an independent candidate.
He said that “the people in our area somewhat convinced me… They said that maybe I could–considering we have contributed a lot already to our Bicol region…, their clamor is like, ‘It’s our turn’.”
