The Department of Finance’s (DOF) Revenue Office (RO) and support offices secured their third International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification, indicating that public service consistently adheres to global standards of quality assurance and business.
“I congratulate our RO and support offices for successfully securing its third ISO certification. This is the kind of quality public service that we at the DOF aim to deliver to the Filipino people,” Finance Secretary Ralph Recto said.
An ISO certification validates that a management system, manufacturing process, service, or documentation procedure has met all the global requirements for standardization and quality assurance.
The certification is issued by the ISO, which is an independent, non-government, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems.
