THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said on Thursday that individuals seeking employment in the agency could now apply through its enhanced online recruitment system.
Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan said the initiative was part of the government’s Labor and Employment Plan 2023-2028 that aims to generate over 3 million jobs to reduce unemployment and underemployment among Filipinos.
“With the DPWH online recruitment system, qualified candidates have the convenient option to send their applications’ documentary requirements purely online, easing the burden and cost of in-person application,” he added.

Through the online system, jobseekers can check vacancies and submit applications for available positions at the agency’s central office, regional offices, and district engineering offices.
Interested applicants can visit https://ors.dpwh.gov.ph/ to view job vacancies.
To send an application, applicants must create an account and submit a fully accomplish e-Personal data sheet with attached scholastic records, cover letter, and other relevant documents.
