Five homes were damaged or destroyed by a tornado that formed for a few minutes in a field in Candelaria, Quezon on Saturday.
According to a report on 24 Oras Weekend on Sunday, residents say the tornado whipped across a rice field in Barangay Santa Catalina Sur, where it stayed for about four minutes, wreaking havoc on homes.
There are no reports of injuries and the Candelaria MDRRMO is working to ascertain the extent of the damage. — BM, GMA Integrated News
