MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon “Julian” re-entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and would make landfall over southern Taiwan, the state-run weather agency said on Thursday.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Signal No. 1 remained over Batanes, specifically Itbayat town.
