The NCAA has decided to postpone Wednesday’s games due to the inclement weather brought by tropical storm Kristine.

NCAA Management Committee chairman Hercules Callanta announced the development on Tuesday night following several class suspensions around Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

League-leading De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde was supposed to take on Lyceum of the Philippines University at 11 a.m. while Emilio Aguinaldo College and Jose Rizal University were slated for a 2:30 p.m. encounter.

The Blazers are protecting a four-game winning streak while the Pirates were supposed to field an undermanned roster with JM Bravo and team captain Greg Cunanan expected to miss the game.

Meanwhile, the Generals were supposed to take on the slumping Heavy Bombers, who were on a four-game losing streak.

Callanta said the league will announce soon the new schedule for the affected games.
