NATIONAL Housing Authority (NHA) general manager Joeben Tai has led the groundbreaking ceremony of Progreso Village in Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City.
He said the new housing project is a medium-rise building to be composed of nine buildings with 11 floors each.
The units could accommodate 1,530 qualified beneficiaries once completed.
A commercial space would also be constructed on the ground floors of each building with complete amenities.
Tai said the project is a significant step toward providing affordable housing through the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, one of the flagship programs of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s administration.
“Like its name, you can expect Progreso Village to be considered progressive. We ensure that every NHA housing project is durable, safe, comfortable and includes various facilities,” he added.
