PHINMA Property Holdings Corp. has launched its first township development in Bacolod City, a 12-billion, 21-hectare development seen as providing opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.
The Saludad project is designed to reflect evolving needs and honor the local culture and natural beauty of Negros Island, the firm said.
“Saludad’s location has a unique charm and potential which we want to share with you all,” Phinma Properties President and Chief Executive Officer Raphael Felix said.
It will feature services such as Phinma Education and will also offer convenient access to Bacolod-Silay International Airport as well as the Bacolod Central Business District.
“Bacolodnon culture immensely values family and community, the basic units of society that we in the Phinma group mainly cater to,” said Ramon del Rosario Jr., chairman and CEO of Phima Properties parent firm Phinma Corp.
“This certainly inspires the group to harness our businesses’ strengths and ramp up investments to boost development in our regions and impact more lives,” he added.
Phinma Properties also launched a residential community within Saludad, Likha Estates, a 94,363 square meters (sqm) development that will have 227 lots ranging from 200- to 300-sqm in size.
Phase 1 construction for Saludad’s commercial and residential lots started last January, with both targeted for completion in 2026. Phase 2, meanwhile, is expected to be finished by 2028.
Phinma Corp. shares slipped 45 centavos, or 2.16 percent, to P20.35 apiece on Monday.
