(UPDATE) THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said on Friday that 2,905 out of 3,778 examinees (76.89 percent) passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examinations.
Examinees from the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila and Adamson University topped the list with 50 to 99 for a 100 percent passing rate.
The University of Santo Tomas (UST) posted 253 out of 255 for a 99.22 percent passing rate.
Three examinees from UST — one from its Legazpi campus and two from its Manila campus — made it to the top 10.
The top 10 examinees were:
1. Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela – UST-Legazpi (95.47 percent)
2. Stan Matthew Samson Taylaran – University of San Carlos (94.95 percent)
3. Rhoegin Thea Nicol Sebua Gamboa – University of the Immaculate Concepcion-Davao (94.83 percent)
4. Reggy Nelson Acosta Seña – UST (94.65 percent)
5. Katrina Drilon Loretizo – Adamson University (94.53 percent)
6. Reign Milcah Soriano De Vera – Our Lady of Fatima University-Valenzuela (94.45 percent)
7. Daphne Denisse Garcia Nava – UST (94.42 percent)
8. Elana Elorabel Castro Arriesgado – Cebu Doctors University (94.25 percent)
9. Secia Kathryll David Pangilinan – St. Louis University (94.22 percent)
10. Gillean Virgil Perez Velazco – UP Manila (94.13 percent).
The examinations were held on Nov. 4 and 5 at testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
