LISTED digital entertainment firm DigiPlus Interactive Corp. said on Friday its board of directors has approved the allocation of P660 million to fund its bid to enter Brazil’s iGaming space through subsidiary DigiPlus Brazil Interactive Ltd.
The board approved the funding “to pay for the license fees, minimum capitalization, financial reserves and other operational expenses as part of the post-qualification process of the SPA (Secretariat of Awards and Bets under Brazil’s Ministry of Finance),” it said in a disclosure.
