A man lost his leg after he was hit by a motorcycle in Mandaue City, Cebu.
According to a report on “State of the Nation,” the victim was crossing the highway when a big bike hit him on the road.
CCTV footage of the big bike before the accident showed that its rider overtook a vehicle and switched to the other lane.
