TYPHOON Nika has further intensified as it approaches the boundary of Isabela and Aurora where it may make landfall Monday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Pagasa said the center of Nika was estimated 100 kilometers east-southeast of Casiguran, Aurora while moving west-northwestward at 15 kilometers per hour (kph) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 180 kph.
