A newborn baby was found abandoned in Ragay, Camarines Sur.
According to a ”24 Oras Weekend” report on Saturday, the baby girl was found in a bushy area near the railway tracks, exposed to the rain.
Barangay officials immediately rescued the child, who was turned over to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
