“The positive result has determined the effectiveness of CIAC’s Quality Management System, an essential tool needed to achieve our corporate objectives, including the realization of the seven flagship projects of the Clark Aviation Capital,” he noted.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems for organizations to consistently meet customer expectations while complying with regulatory requirements. Failure to meet the standards during the surveillance audits may result in the suspension or revocation of the certification.

CIAC first earned the certification in November 2023 and was required to pass surveillance audits during the second and third years of the certification cycle to maintain its status.

As the aviation and land development arm of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), CIAC oversees the 2,367-hectare Clark Aviation Capital that aims to become the country’s premier aviation business hub.

CIAC also manages oversight functions for Clark International Airport under the Department of Transportation.
