A fire broke out in a residential area on Dagonoy Street in San Andres, Manila on Wednesday morning.
The fire was at first alarm at 6:58 a.m., then reached the second alarm at 7:02 a.m., according to a tweet by Manny Vargas of Super Radyo dzBB.
The Bureau of Fire Protection raised the third alarm at 7:12 a.m., according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office in a Facebook post.
