Engenes, and offered a glimpse into the event as well as their future plans.
Presented by Dunkin,’ this special gathering promises unforgettable moments with interactive segments, exclusive performances, and games designed to make fans feel immersed in Enhypen’s world.
Jake expressed the group’s enthusiasm about returning to the country saying, “It’s always good to be back in the Philippines. The weather is so amazing. We’re happy to be here to do something special with our fans, and we have a few performances prepared today, so we’re very excited.”
For Jungwon, the connection with fans started the moment they stepped into the country.
“Right at the moment that we arrived at the airport, we were able to get loud cheers and love from the Engenes, and we are happy to be greeted that much. [I love to] communicate with our fans Engenes on stage and do performances with them. I think that connection would be a destiny as well,” he said.
Meanwhile, for the event Jay revealed that Enhypen prepared surprises for their loyal fans.
“We’re excited to meet our Engenes. We prepared some performances we haven’t done before, and I believe our Engenes will love it,” he said.
Sunghoon also added how they were grateful that the ‘fun meet’ was sold out.
“Of course, thanks to the warm support from our fans, we are able to celebrate this year and party with our Engenes. We’ll do our best and perform in our best shape so that we can actually celebrate with joy with our Engenes tonight,” Sunghoon said.
With their latest album, “Romance: Untold -Daydream-” just released, Jake explained how it was both new and challenging for the group.
“It’s a continuing album from our previous one, Romance: Untold. We are continuing the storyline. As you know, we put out new songs like ‘Daydream’ and ‘No Doubt.’ They are both something we haven’t done before. These are very new to us, so it’s a new challenge as well. Through this album, we can open new visions toward new styles and music. We’re able to explore more types of music,” Jake said.
When asked what’s in store for their career that fans could anticipate, Heeseung said, “There are a lot of goals that we actually set for the previous years and thank you to Engenes for allowing us to achieve those goals. There are more goals set for next year and we will do our best to accomplish it one by one and step by step.”
“And although the date is not yet specified, we will be performing in Coachella and we are preparing more next year so we hope you can look forward to it.
Formed through the 2020 survival competition show “I-Land,” Enhypen debuted with their first mini album, “Border: Day One.” They are known for their hit songs “Sweet Venom,” “Bite Me” and “XO,” among many others.
