A man was hurt after a drunk person slashed his neck at a karaoke bar in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
According to a report on “State of the Nation,” police said the suspect and his companion approached the victim but eventually left.
When the suspect returned, he smashed a bottle on the concrete and used it to slash the victim.
Authorities have yet to uncover the motive of the crime as there was no dispute between the victim and the suspect.
The victim is recovering in the hospital.
