Santos quoted some attendees as saying that the gathering was meant to show the President that they support his administration.
The Quezon City police estimated the crowd size at 1,200 as of Saturday afternoon, the report said.
Part of White Plains Avenue was closed to motorists to give way to their program.
It was not immediately clear how long the Marcos supporters plan to stay there.

The People Power Monument is a tribute to Filipinos who stood up against the rule of Marcos’ father, the late President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., in February 1986.
It is a venue where commemorative rites are held for the anniversaries of the 1986 EDSA People Power revolt, including the 38th observance led by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) in February this year.
GMA News Online has requested comment from Malacañang regarding the Saturday activity of Marcos supporters, but it has yet to respond as of posting time.
Just a few kilometers from the People Power Monument is the Our Lady of EDSA—another landmark honoring the spirit of the People Power revolt—where crowds started coming on November 26 and stayed there for several days.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) had reported that some people were offered P500 each in exchange for there presence at the Our Lady of EDSA, also known as EDSA Shrine.
A report on 24 Oras later identified people at the EDSA Shrine as supporters of former President Rodrigo Duterte and his daughter, Vice President Sara Duterte, who is facing impeachment complaints before the House of Representatives. Some of them denied accepting money so they would flock to the venue. — Sherylin Untalan/ VDV, GMA Integrated News
