Batangas City has unveiled its first glass walkway called the Montemaria Miracle Walk, located at the Montemaria International Pilgrimage and Conference Center in Barangay Pagkilatan.
According to the Batangas Tourism and Cultural Affairs on Facebook, the glass walkway is 118 meters long and stands 45 meters high.
It has an aerial view of Batangas Bay and “provides a thrilling experience for visitors as they walk across a transparent glass floor, suspended above the picturesque landscape.”
According to a previous report by Denise Abante on “24 Oras,” the construction began in 2023.
The glass used in the walkway is three inches thick, with imported metal and reinforcements for the rest of the structure.
