One person died and 30 houses and establishments were destroyed when a fire hit Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City Sunday.
Two others were injured.
The victim was recovered from one of the burned houses at past 8 a.m.
The fire began at Acacia Street at 3:47 a.m.
The fire reached second alarm before it was extinguished at 6:03 a.m. Bureau of Fire Protection ground commander Robert Marabilla said.
The BFP is investigating to determine the cause of the fire.
