MANILA, Philippines — Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) officials are looking for a passenger who left behind a clutch bag containing documents and P100,000 in cash at Laguindingan Airport yesterday.
Eric Apolonio, CAAP spokesman, said passenger services and intelligence personnel Jonie Naldo discovered the bag left unattended during routine inspection.
Following standard protocols, Naldo called on security personnel and the K-9 unit to check on the bag, which was found to contain a passport, several identification cards, money and a passbook.
Apolonio said the passenger could claim his belongings at the CAAP Security and Intelligence Office in Laguindingan.
