MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines will file a diplomatic protest against the China Coast Guard (CCG) for harassing on Wednesday one of its ships on routine patrol near Bajo de Masinloc or Scarborough Shoal, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said.
“[We] Will be submitting our protest,” Manalo said when asked whether the Department of Foreign Affairs would protest CCG’s recent aggression against Philippine vessels in the West Philippine Sea.
