At least 140,000 passengers flocked to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) three days before the New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Sam Nielsen of Super Radyo dzBB reported that as of 6 p.m. Saturday, December 28, a total of 140,189 passengers went to PITX to catch bus trips headed to the provinces.
Even though the PITX administration only projected 150,000 to 180,000 passengers on Saturday, the report said the actual number could surpass 200,000.
