QUALIFIED firms have until the end of the month to signify their intent to sign up for incentives under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (Create) or Create to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy (Create More) laws, the Trade Department said on Thursday.
A total of 275 registered business enterprises (RBEs) — 119 operating and 156 pre-operating businesses still in the development stage — are qualified to make the transition and have until Dec. 31, 2024, to submit their letters of intent, Trade Undersecretary and Board of Investments (BOI) managing head Ceferino Rodolfo told reporters.
