MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. is giving its office buildings a major facelift to provide tenants more reasons to return to the office.

Jericho Go, RLC senior vice president and general manager said the company has already started the lobby renovations of three of their buildings including Robinsons Summit Center in Makati.

Go said an Instagrammable-looking lobby as well as more amenities and activities can entice people to return to the office especially because some people are already feeling the work-from-home fatigue.

The idea is to eventually renovate all of the old office buildings to make it more visually appealing to tenants and guests. The new office buildings also have more amenities including common recreational facilities and co-working spaces.

At present, Robinsons Offices has 33 office buildings. Less than half of which are due for renovation.

Go said RLC is prepared to spend around P5 million to P10 million per building for the lobby facelifts.

Last week, RLC unveiled Robinsons Summit Center’s grand reimagined lobby.

The new lobby has a 10-meter high ceiling space, with natural light from large windows as well as ambient lighting and intricate textures.

“The showstopper, however, is the grand clock with a crystal chandelier, which dominates the lobby as its centerpiece. The eye-catching clock displays four time zones—Manila, Dubai, New York, and London—signifying the global reach of Filipino talent,” RLC said in a statement.

“The Robinsons Summit Center lobby is not just a space; it’s a statement. It represents our belief that the Filipino workforce is world-class and capable of standing alongside the best on the global stage. This is a space that inspires confidence, creativity and pride.”

The newly unveiled lobby is just one example of Robinsons Offices’ broader efforts to redefine workspace standards across its portfolio.

The guiding principles that shape Robinsons Offices’ projects are premium, accessible, future-ready and sustainable, Go said.

“Premiumization is about creating spaces that inspire—not just with their aesthetics but with the opportunities they offer. At Robinsons Offices, we ensure our tenants feel supported, inspired, and ready to conquer the future. Every square meter reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence,” he also said.
