Three weather systems will dump more rain in most parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.
Weather specialist Rhea Torres said that the shear line, an imaginary line where the hot and cold air converge, is bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Bicol Region, Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon and Aurora.
