ARTHALAND held a topping-off ceremony for Tower 1 of Una Apartments, a mid-market residential development in Biñan, Laguna, on Nov. 18.
The structure is scheduled to be completely built and ready for turnover by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Una Apartments, which is part of the 8.1-hectare master-planned community of Sevina Park, offers spacious studio and one-bedroom units with its high floor-to-ceiling height of 2.6 meters.
Units are equipped with energy-efficient air conditioning systems and lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures, which can give residents water and energy savings by as much as 20 percent. They have operable windows that provide natural ventilation and optimize natural daylight and are airtight to prevent sound and odor transfer between walls.
All units also have their own balcony and their own Potager Garden, where residents can access healthy and organic produce.
According to Christopher Narciso, Arthaland executive vice president, Tower 1 units have been sold out, “indicating very strong demand from the mid-market segment.”
The company has begun selling units for Tower 2.
