MANILA, Philippines —  DMCI Homes, the property development arm of the Consunji Group, is advancing its good governance and sustainability initiatives by joining forces with the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA).

DMCI Homes entered into a five-year partnership with the ISA to advance good governance, sustainability and social impact initiatives across the country.

Through an agreement formalized by both parties, DMCI Homes becomes a partner for ISA’s multi-year program that mobilizes organizations to champion long-term reforms in governance and societal development.

“The partnership reflects the company’s commitment to building communities and helping create a better future for the Philippines,” DMCI Homes said.

“For DMCI Homes, this collaboration represents a significant step in strengthening its sustainability and corporate social responsibility agenda while supporting ISA’s vision of transformative governance for the Philippines by 2028,” it said.

As part of ISA’s foundation builders program, DMCI Homes is poised to play key role by providing essential support for ISA’s initiatives aimed at promoting governance, sustainability and positive social outcomes.

The partnership also focuses on fostering lasting change by extending the reach of governance programs to include more government institutions and underserved communities.

DMCI Homes will also work on driving collaboration by reinforcing ties with organizations that share the same commitment to nation-building and social responsibility.

ISA is a non-stock, non-profit and non-government organization that focuses on fostering good governance in the Philippine bureaucracy by implementing impactful reforms that benefit both institutions and the communities they serve.
