Joaquin Garcia of Mapua University and Mark Sangco of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde reflected on their collegiate careers as they maxed out their eligible playing years.

Garcia, who ended his NCAA career as a champion with the Cardinals, posted photos since he was with the Red Robins and wrote a short message for the school.

“Thank you, Mapua,” he wrote in the caption of his post last Monday.

Benilde’s Sangco, meanwhile, thanked those who were part of his journey and also wrote a message to the future members of the Blazers crew.

“To my teammates and future blazer. This is just the beginning, I trust you will continue the legacy we’ve built here. Stay true to the values we’ve set, and always strive for greatness both on and off the court. You’ll always be my brothers, and I will forever treasure our time together,” Sangco wrote in the caption of his post.

Garcia was also part of Mapua’s finals stint in Season 97 where the Cardinals finished as runners-up, and sat out Season 99 due to injury. Sangco, on the other hand, was also part of Benilde’s finals run in Season 98 where they fell to eventual champions Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
