SINGER-ACTOR Ogie Alcasid on Thursday announced that his Facebook page got hacked.
“As suspected, my FB fan page has been hacked. I have tried absolutely everything to get it back to no avail. Will keep trying,” he wrote on his X platform.
Meanwhile, OA’s Minions, the official fan-base of Alcasid — best known for his songs “Nandito Ako” and “Dito sa Puso Mo” — also urged other fans to temporarily unfollow the singer’s page.
“Sir Ogie’s Facebook fan page has been hacked. We urge everyone to unfollow the page immediately and be cautious of any posts or messages claiming to be from Sir Ogie. Please stay vigilant and do not engage with the page until further notice,” the fans wrote.
Meanwhile, Star Music also confirmed that Alcasid’s page was hacked.
“We’d like to inform everyone that Ogie Alcasid’s page and personal account have been hacked. Any posts at this time are unauthorized and not associated with him,” the record label wrote on Thursday night.
Fans of the singer are also told to follow Alcasid through his X, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, while the issue is being resolved.
Alcasid’s page currently posts material from the online gaming platform Pragmatic Play, while the final post that he made was last Dec. 27, after landing in the United States before he performed with singer Odette Quesada at the Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park, California.
