The Penshoppe group, formally known as Golden ABC (GABC), announced a significant leadership transition effective January 1. Bernie Liu, who has served as CEO since 1996, officially stepped down to assume the role of executive chairman of both GABC and its holding company, LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI).
In his place, Alice Liu has been appointed CEO, following a meticulous two-year succession plan. The transition, first announced internally to employees and partners, is part of the group’s long-term strategy for leadership continuity. Alice, who has been GABC’s president and COO since March 2023, will retain her role as president while relinquishing her COO title.
