MANILA, Philippines — GMA Network is set to mark its 75th anniversary this 2025 with a diverse line-up of TV shows and movies designed to entertain and inspire audiences.
Among the major offerings is “Encantadia Chronicles: Sanggre,” which explores the magical world of Encantadia. Starring Faith da Silva, Angel Guardian, Kelvin Miranda and Bianca Umali, the series follows Terra, a young woman who discovers her magical abilities and her identity as a Sang’gre, a member of Lireo’s royal lineage.
For movie fans, GMA Pictures will release “KMJS Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie” and “P77,” adding to its slate of original films.
The network is also bringing fresh dramas like “Mga Batang Riles,” starring Miguel Tanfelix, and “Prinsesa ng City Jail,” featuring Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay. Other notable titles include the buddy-cop action series “Sanggang Dikit,” starring Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado, and the fantasy-adventure “Lolong: Bayani ng Bayan.”
GMA Public Affairs joins the celebration with “Tanong ng Bayan: The Senatorial Face Off,” hosted by Jessica Soho, and “Philippine Defenders,” featuring Matteo Guidicelli.
The network’s diamond year will also see more than just new series and films. It includes a digital archive of Jessica Soho’s iconic stories and a new season of “The Voice Kids.”
Through this line-up, GMA Network celebrates its milestone year by staying true to its mission of providing world-class entertainment and reliable news for Filipinos worldwide.
