SY-LED integrated property developer SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SM Prime) marked its 30th listing anniversary through a bell-ringing ceremony at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Tuesday.
In July 1994, the company raised nearly P6 billion from the sale of primary and secondary shares during its initial public offering, said to be the largest at that time.
