MANILA, Philippines — Several areas along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) are not passable to all vehicles due to heavy rains and flooding on Wednesday.

An advisory by NLEX Corporation at 11:30 a.m. said the northbound entry to Meycauayan and the northbound and southbound areas between Marilao and Balintawak, and the NLEx connector C3 entry ramp are not passable to all types of vehicles.

The NLEx connector entry ramp in España Blvd. in Manila is not passable to class 1 vehicles.

In addition, the following toll plazas are closed: Marilao Southbound Entry, Meycauayan Southbound Entry, Paso De Blas Northbound Entry, Lawang Bato Northbound Entry, Tambubong Southbound Entry, Tabang Southbound Entry, Balagtas Southbound Entry, and Sta. Rita Southbound Entry.

An advisory earlier on Wednesday also said that both north and southbound areas in Valenzuela are also not passable to all vehicles, because of water buildup.
