MANILA, Philippines — The proposed budget for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ‘s travel expenses for 2025 was eight percent less than what was approved for 2024, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said Thursday.
In a briefing in Malacañang, DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said the proposed funding for the chief executive’s local and international trips for the coming year was P94 million, lower than the P1.14 billion allocated for this year.
