Infosys BPM Philippines, a global leader in business process management (BPM) services, opened a new facility at the Manila House in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The company said that since its registration with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) in May 2007, it has become a crucial delivery center, offering comprehensive outsourcing solutions to clients worldwide.
Infosys BPM said its commitment to the Philippines is evident in its continued expansion and investment in the country.
The new facility serves to further strengthen Infosys BPM Philippines to providing top-notch services and fostering growth within the local IT-BPM industry.
The IT-BPM sector remains a significant driver of investment in the Philippines, with PEZA reporting over 1,080 registered businesses contributing more than P300 billion in investments and generating employment for over 1 million Filipinos.
Infosys BPM Philippines is a leading provider of end-to-end business process management outsourcing services for clients across the globe.
It operates four delivery centers in Taguig, Alabang, Muntinlupa; and Clark, Pampanga and employs over 4,600 professionals.
