BUREAU of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr. ordered on Saturday the sacking of an officer from the service after he and two other individuals yielded 10 kilos of suspected shabu worth P68 million in an anti-illegal drugs operation in Parañaque last Friday.

Catapang said that Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives arrested Corrections Officer 1 Paul Patrick Toledo, assigned to the Maximum Compound of the New Bilibid Prison, along with Reynold Teodoro, 30, a security guard of 1386 Algeciras, Dimasalang, Manila, and Romeo Guerrero, 34, truck driver of Katwell, Merville, during an operation conducted at the city’s Skate Park, Bulungan, Parañaque.
