Living Innovations Corporation (LIC), a provider of high-end European furnishings, appliances, and kitchen solutions, has officially opened its new Experience Hub.
Located at 9 Sheridan St. in Mandaluyong’s Greenfield District, this state-of-the-art showroom offers an immersive experience that allows clients to envision and create their living spaces.
“The Living Innovations Experience Hub is a reflection of how, for two decades, we’ve already tried to look at the design sensibilities of our clients and taste so that we now have an understanding of what’s important. Now this is our next evolution. This space is our commitment to bringing our showroom to the next level,” Ferdinand Ong, the general manager of Living Innovations, shared.
Customers can work together with in-house designers at the Living Innovations Experience Hub and create space such as this living room which has elegant pieces from CasaMilano and Minotti.
From its humble beginnings in a 67-square-meter showroom with just two brands, the company has grown to occupy a 1,200-square-meter space and employing nearly 80 people.
“My clients are now the children of my first clientele, and their families are now looking to create their own spaces. This is a testament to our company that we work not just short term, but long term,” Ong shared.
The new Living Innovations Experience Hub is designed to be more than just a showroom; it is a multi-brand destination where clients can explore various furniture, accessories, and home solutions in a realistic setting. With 12 different luxury brands housed under one roof, the Hub offers clients the unique opportunity to work with in-house interior designers to create personalized vignettes for their living spaces.
“We’ve created little sections of mock-ups where customers can place their chosen sofas or closets, and our team of interior designers is here to help them visualize and execute their dream spaces,” Ong explained.
“The space is versatile, with features like 6-meter ceilings to simulate grand living rooms and a 3.5-meter ceiling area to model cozy bedroom settings,” he continued.
The Experience Hub offers a curated selection of luxury furniture and home brands across its showrooms such as Minotti, Gaggenau, Bang & Olufsen, Bulthaup, Casamilano, Gallotti&Radice, Tacchini, Knoll, Lema, Gandiablasco, and Dedon.
Also highlighted are the modern meeting areas within the Hub which are equipped with mobile screens, digital whiteboards, and projectors that facilitate seamless collaboration and real-time design adjustments. These tools empower clients to actively participate in the design process, eliminating the guesswork often associated with traditional consultations.
