MANILA, Philippines — A bettor from Laguna won P19.6 million in the Lotto 6/42 draw on Thursday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office said yesterday.
The PCSO said the winner guessed the six-digit winning combination 21-11-30-16-19-03, which carried a jackpot prize of P19,630,380.
The winner bought the ticket at a lotto outlet along Rizal Avenue in San Pablo City, Laguna.
The PCSO said 94 other bettors won P24,000 each for guessing five of the six-digit winning combination while 3,281 bettors won P800 each for guessing four winning numbers.
Lotto winnings of more than P10,000 are subject to a 20-percent tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN law.
