ABOITIZ-LED manufacturers Pilmico Foods Corp. and Gold Coin Management Holdings Ltd. will be launched under a unified corporate brand, Aboitiz Foods, to maximize both firms’ strengths as an integrated agribusiness and food ecosystem.

The creation of Aboitiz Foods was said to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality and nutritional products tailored to each customer’s unique needs.

The company said that the transition will be seamless and their business operations and relationships will remain uninterrupted.

Aboitiz Foods will have 29 facilities across eight Asian countries, specifically the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei.
