(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines — A resource person who was invited to the quad committee hearing at the House of Representatives investigating the drug war under the administration of former president Rodrigo Duterte linked the then chief executive to the killing in 2016 of three Chinese drug convicts at the Davao Prison and Penal Farm.
Leopoldo Tan Jr. said that after he and another resource person, Fernando Magdadaro, committed the killings, they were taken to an investigation section.
