THE first-half earnings for the year of listed companies were said to have generated a bright outlook on the Philippine equity market, according to analysts of Maybank Investment Banking Group.
“Philippine [first half 2024] earnings concluded last week with the majority of the corporates reporting in line to ahead-of-ours/consensus estimates,” Maybank said in a research paper released on August 19.
