THE Malabon City government said on Thursday there was no irregularity in the December 2023 trip to Tokyo of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and other city officials.

The Commission on Audit (CoA) has requested the Malabon City government to submit a detailed liquidation of the P10 million spent for the trip.

Sandoval and City Administrator Alexander Rosete have confirmed receipt of the notice from the CoA.
