Lyceum of the Philippines University surged in the fourth period to overcome Mapua University, 96-81, on Tuesday in NCAA Season 100 at the Filoil EcoOil Centre.
The Pirates erupted for 31 points in the final frame, nine of which came from Jonathan Daileg, to notch their third straight win and improved to 3-2.
Mapua, meanwhile, slipped to a similar 3-2 card.
The Pirates were trailing 85-80 at the 2:16 mark before they made an 11-1 rally to claim the win.
John Barba led the Pirates anew with 25 points, alongside nine rebounds and one assist. Mclaude Guadaña had 16 points, while Greg Cunanan 15 points. Daileg, meanwhile, had 14 points.
Jeco Bancale had 14 points, while Clint Escamis and Chris Hubilla had 13 points apiece.
