SHAKEY’S Pizza Ventures Inc. (Spavi) said Monday that its board of directors has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States as part of its global expansion plans.
In a disclosure, Spavi said the board approved the incorporation of the US unit on September 27, with the aim of owning and operating franchises and marketing Shakey’s products and brands in North America.
