VILLAR-LED Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. (VLL) on Friday listed a follow-on offering at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) that earned it P3 billion in proceeds.
PSE Inc. Chief Operating Officer Roel Refran congratulated Vista Land for the offering of Series 2A (stock symbol VLL2A) and Series 2B (VLL2B) preferred shares during the listing ceremony.
