Second California Roadshow aims to engage More US investors with stunning beachfront condominium developments in the tourist destinations of Batangas

MANILA, Philippines — Renowned for pioneering premium landscapes for more than 30 years, Landco Pacific Corporation lands on US shores anew with its roadshow kicking off at the Rosewood Hotel in Menlo Park and San Francisco on October 12 and in Pasadena on October 26.

Landco Pacific is also a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), led by chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan.

“It’s an honor to return to the US for our second roadshow,” Landco Pacific president and CEO Erickson Manzano said.

“We’re eager to help our kababayans realize their dream of owning beachfront homes—premium spaces that they can enjoy now and pass down the line as lasting legacies. With excellent rental income potential, these beach homes are not just dreams realized; they’re smart investments as well.”

Manzano added that Landco’s latest developments are highly sought-after, given Landco Pacific’s track record of high-value appreciation with its legacy project of Punta Fuego in Batangas growing in value to about 1,000% since it was launched in the ’90s; development of renowned and coveted prime residential and leisure properties in key cities across the country; and financial strength as a subsidiary of MPIC.

The US roadshow will be spearheaded by Manzano together with vice president for commercial and customer experience Gerard Penaflor and Sales and marketing manager Charisse Santiano. A series of pocket events will also complement the two key activations.

Strengthening Landco’s sustained presence in the US are its key partners: Consul General Neil Ferrer of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco and director Soleil Tropicales of the Philippine Department of Tourism Office in San Francisco.

To enliven the US roadshow, TFC (The Filipino Channel) TV personality Ginger Conejero will co-host the first event.

The US roadshow will put a spotlight on Landco Pacific beachfront condominium developments in Batangas: The Spinnaker at Club Laiya, San Juan; The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu and the newly launched Nautilus at CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach).

These upscale properties inspire Fil-Ams and US citizens to invest in the Philippines and build their dream beach homes in the country’s seaside paradise.

These three Landco Pacific beachfront condominiums are proudly pursuing EDGE Certification of the International Finance Corporation, a member of The World Bank Group, targeting to meet the criteria of at least 20% savings on use of resources: water, energy, and embodied materials.

These developments will be the first to feature the double-piped waterline system to use non-potable water for toilet flushing and irrigation. The construction will use multiple recycled metals and materials, and there will be Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations to reduce these properties’ carbon footprint.

The Spinnaker and Nautilus are situated in eco-friendly Landco Pacific BeachTowns: Club Laiya and CaSoBe, correspondingly.

Thes Landco BeachTowns are Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-registered for the properties’ sustainability program. There are tree-lined walkways, pedestrian routes, bicycle lanes and a beach promenade. There’s also double-piped water management system. Environmental conservation efforts and livelihood projects for the local community are undertaken.

Property investors have the choice to build their dream beach homes that can double as a business that caters to the tourism market from a bed and breakfast, restaurants and cafes to water sports and beach lifestyle-related products and services.

The BeachTowns also offers unique accommodations: the pod-like Cocoons in Club Laiya and CaSoBe, Crusoe Cabins in CaSoBe, the upcycled container vans with rustic façade and modern interiors, recognized as the first EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies)-certified resort in the country; Chairman’s Cabin, Cupola and Camperistialso in CaSoBe; and leisure and dining amenities: Aquaria Water Park in CaSoBe, Laiya Beach Club at Club Laiya; and Captain Barbozza restaurant and bar in both properties, managed by Landco Lifestyle Ventures, the hospitality arm of Landco Pacific.

The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego, a winner in the recent PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards for Best Waterfront Condominium Development, and Highly Commended as the Best Lifestyle Condominium Development, marks a new era in upscale beachfront living.

The developments feature a mix of residential and commercial lots, and tourist hubs. Each provides distinct experiences and opportunities that are part of one unified development of Landco Pacific.

The Nautilus

The newly launched 10-story The Nautilus at CaSoBe draws its inspiration from the famous submarine Nautilus featured in Jules Verne’s classic novel, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. Commanding like a ship on the shore, the iconic structure of The Nautilus carves the beach skyline as a homage to the fictional Nautilus, captained by the enigmatic Captain Nemo, known for its advanced technology, mysterious allure, and exploration of the unknown depths of the ocean.

The Nautilus is master-planned by an award-winning international team of designers and thought leaders of sustainable built environments of Pomeroy Studio in Singapore and its architecture is designed by  Visionarch, ranked 57th in the World Architecture 100 in 2024.

The Nautilus also features hotel amenities, rental income opportunities and access to the CaSoBe hospitality and leisure facilities.

The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego

Unit owners will enjoy the privileges of Club Association Membership, granting access to the exclusive amenities of Club Punta Fuego and the Landco Privilege Club Program.
