MANILA, Philippines —The easterlies – winds that come from the east and pass through the Pacific Ocean and carry humid, warm weather – continue to affect Luzon including Metro Manila and Eastern Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.
Weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said that the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon.
